Yo,I'm here to post again:p hee..2 more days exam will be end le,YEAH^^Finally wahahah..Today 10plus went back school for Vietnam trip briefing and paid $$ too..After that went back home to watch show and then went for lesson..Today got 2lesson,the first lesson is from 吴启振讲师 then the second lesson is from 丁宝珠讲师.Today I would just share with all of you the first lesson,because the second lesson I don't think you all will understand unless you're a 求道之人.The first lesson that 吴讲师 said was about 养生之道.
人生是什么东西？人生=生命
-在生命里面本身就没有快乐也没有痛苦，就是因为没有快乐和没有痛苦我们才修要珍惜生命。
-虽然生命有时也会快乐和痛苦，但那快乐和痛苦不是永久的。
-在养生心一定要平静（心平静）
*上天是公平的，他都给我们我们最需要的。*
